Logging in to your account for the first time

Registered customers with activated accounts may either click on:

  • "Login" in the red header bar (only visible on desktop PCs and tablets with a wide browser window)
  • "My Account" in the black header (visible on small mobile devices) or footer bar under "Service"

 

 

Enter your username or email address, and the password you used when registering.

 

Once you've successfully logged in you'll see the "Account Summary" page which is your centralised hub from which you can drill down into different aspects of your account.

 

The first time you log in, click on the "Edit My Contact Details" button, fill in all required fields, and check that your details are correct. This information will then be pre-populated at the checkout saving you the laborious task of data re-entry when making purchases.
