LENTICULAR PRINTING

Melbourne Production -Offset Print Process
Sheet fed, UV 4CP, offset (litho) printing directly onto the lenticular plastic.
Standard sheet:
-APET 75 LPI, 710 x 510 x 0.46 mm suitable for all visual effects; good 3D
-APET 3D-75 LPI, 710 x 510 x 0.6 mm suitable for all visual effects; excellent 3D (Available from mid-October 2010)
Minimum press run: 250 sheets
Maximum sheet size: 1016 x 710 mm (special order)

North American Production -Offset Print Process
Sheet fed, UV 4CP, offset (litho) printing directly onto the lenticular plastic.
Maximum size: 1840 H x 1225 W x 0.8 mm
Lead time: ~4-6 weeks from proof approval

Visual effect: 2-image flip (customer to supply artwork files).
Print: UV inkjet, 6 colour, printed direct to plastic.
Finish: White vinyl backing (transmissive or reflective for back-lit or front-lit display). Square corners. Packed flat for transport.
Production time: ~15 business days from proof approval.
